Finally, a price drop without a requirement to electronic disembowelment.
Heads up to those of you still on the fence this late into the console wars: The PS3 is going to get cheaper, to wait up on that otherwise urgent purchase and save yourself a few bucks.
Gamasutra writer Chris Morris theorizes that this very threatening action encroaches into Microsoft’s sensitive areas and might lead into a competitive reduction in the costs of the Xbox 360 or their Kinect peripheral. Or not. It depends.
